• Pull West Monroe voters into West Monroe based district
• Increased funding for West Monroe Community Center for after school program

Jobs & Business Retention

• Develop a research park at the LSU Ag Experiment Station at Calhoun
• Amend current existing incumbent worker training program eliminating complicated paper work and minimum class sizes for small business allowing small businesses to train workers in the work place
• Amend existing quality jobs program eliminating overly burdensome mandate allowing start-up and small businesses to participate in the program
• Develop training programs NOW for identified target industries so we will have a work ready workforce

Education

• Put prayer back school
• Put vocational education back in high school
• Enact a teacher's bill of rights promoting discipline in the classroom protecting teachers from frivolous grievances
• Establish a program that will support teachers that stay in Louisiana to teach forgiving tuition and student loans as an incentive

Taxes

• Repeal Stelly
• Tax deductions for health care premiums paid by individuals
• Tax deduction for private/parochial school tuition
• Eliminate state sales tax on business utilities
• Remove business debt from franchise tax base

Infrastructure & Development

• Rebuild the I-20 interchanges at Calhoun including a frontage road (exit 103 - 101) to open up access for development
• Fully fund development of the port
• Build Washington Street Extension (Hwy 3033) providing an elevated RR crossing and access to the WM Industrial Park and I-20
• Continue work on Sparta preservation and West Ouachita regional waste water treatment plant
• Build turning lane on Hwy 80 from Warren Drive to Well Road
• Widen/straighten Hwy 546 all the way to Hwy 34

Health Care

• Incentives for employers to provide health care insurance
• Contain cost through public private partnerships to provide the uninsured and under insured access to health care through private insurers where possible
• Revamp the charity hospital system using a "dollars follows the patient" model and strengthen the relationship between the LSU Shreveport and LSU Monroe charity hospital
• Support school based health clinics

Seniors

• Support increased funding for senior centers by indexing funding (tie it to CPI - if it is good enough for legislators, then it is good enough for seniors)
• Support tough penalties for those that prey on seniors
